Review Of HOTEL SAFARI

Dear sir hotel safari is not up to the mark due to the reason below room number 214 1. Ac. Is not either working or it may stop after some time it may be due to non maintenance issues. 2. Television not working. 3. Package drinking water bottle is chargeable and it's provided after the request otherwise hotel staff convince us to take normal water with reason it's good as compare to package drinking water. 4. Breakfast not inclusive - 5. Mostly misba listed hotels having breakfast and tea facilities but the said hotel don't have pantry to provide same. Hope our concern may take in consideration.

Hotel rooms were not maintained in good condition. The room that was allotted for us has a broken window mosquito net, broken washroom seat. A lot of mosquitos inside the room, laundry and house keeping services are not provided. In mmt, they mentioned the kitchen facility is available. The kitchen is not available. We suffered a lot in finding restaurants nearby. Hygienic restaurants are not available in 50 km radius. Do not plan in this area/hotel.

Bathroom and room was not clean. Lizards are in bathroom. Rooms are enough. Service staff is good. Location is near to main road which is good.

Totally fraud take full payment no breakfast provided. I do not use mmt again
