Worst hotel experience, service -0 room maintain -0 bed-0 washroom 0 hotel staff 0 hot water 0 room service 0 terrible experience if make my trip recommend this type of hotel your reputation gone.

Bugs all over my bed. Had a terrible sleep and no lock to bathroom no cleanness not a good bathroom

Room was quite big, newly remodeled, so it was clean. Have a scary lift, the room was on the third floor, the lift works only till the 2nd floor, i don't know the reasons, no other services available. I felt rates are high, the hotel team doesn't answer phone calls.

In this hotel room maintenance is not good and not providing water, if need the water they charge money

Nothing is matching as shown in the website. The room is not clean and shabby. All the fixtures are old and dirty. The bathroom’s roof is broken and the walls are not clean. Poor maintenance

Good hotel with poor maintenance. Very spacious. Room ok. Bathroom require replacement of sanitary materials. Towels are worn out. No parking.

It’s next bar hotel no space for parking! lift is terrible and requires assistance! rooms are dirty and no hygiene service ! i recommend make my trip to de list this hotel other l will never book anything through your app. Rgds sairaja

Very unruly behaviour by the front desk lady. When a cousin ( woman) came to see me, she was literally driven out pointing finger at her. Very disgusting

Their was a bat in the room and it was dead with blood. I am sorry to say please stay away from this hotel.

1. No restaurant at hotel. Food will be brought from nearby restaurants.

Again, food will brought from nearby restaurants, after we pay them. 4. Ac not working in room. Requested for room change. But didn't happen.

I booked a ac room. Receptionist said i would get non ac room because most of the money i paid goes as your commision and charged me rs. 200 / extra. The the front office receptionist cum manager was arrogant and insulted me talking in a mannerless way. The hotel rooms maintenance was poor. Pillows and sheets were dirty and stinking. There were mosquitoes in the room. Room smelled foul. I felt very insulted my self esteem was down. Since there was no cancelling option i had bear with this and stay at that useless hotel.
