Condition of the bed and the overall ambience of the room were highly unsatisfactory. I would kindly request that necessary improvements be made at the earliest possible

Bad experience. The hotel is a low level property with poor quality and amenities. The intercom does not work, cleanliness is bad, staff is non cooperative. They don't even provide bottled water. Avoid at all cost

The room was very dirty and the bed was also not clean.

Whole hotel was smelling no shower in bathroom all the faucets and accessories were rusting, poor quality of bedsheets. Totally unhygienic hotel.

Price was higher, room was unhygienic, bathrooms, bed sheets and towels were dirty. Delux and super delux room were available (offline) at the time of check in but they were release only higher price room on mmt. They were not gave proper amount bill which i was paid

In my room. Bed. Clothes not clean. Even in mid night kankajura ranging on my bed. I call boy. After two he. Come. And kill kanakhajura. But not change room. Second day change room. In that phone not work. Why they not santiger roon. But booking time they promised. Very poor

The invoice was not given complete. We paid a higher amount through mmt. The invoice received from the hotel was on a lower amount. Hygiene was not maintained in the rooms.

Room was not clean. Bed rolls and pillow covers not washed. Toilets were not at all clean. Bath shower not working.

I haven't seen such a pathetic level of hygiene in any hotels. I wanted to check out as early as possible. Recommend, never experience yourself with stay at this kind of property should have double check prior keeping on its Shall never book hotel

Our stay in hotel rituvan is really very awesome. Staff is also very cooperative and supporting. Overall it is very awesome experience.

I will recommend not to stay there

Beds bathtowel bathroom and all accessories are very dirty.
