Terrible Stay

The hotel was closed when i reached. Had to wait one and half hour infront of the hotel till the receptionist came, that too in chilling weather at 11pm in haryana. When he came they didn't provided me the room saying that they won't accept booking. I had to pay extra 1000 rs for getting the room. In total i paid for a room which cost 599rs
