Fake property, not same name, not accept booking.

No hotel parking no room service no covid related safety precautions staff behaviour is very rudely hotel name is different than hotel booking
1)Hotel name is different , it is mentioned by Hotel Grand-inn 2)Locality is very poor, no parking 3)No Covid related safty precautions- no one wear mask, no thermal screening, no where sanitization, 4) no hot water for bath Intially hotel manager declined to give room by saying that since this booking is from Oyo , we are not getting any money from them , afterwards he give two room for 4 persons and allow our driver to stay along with us At the time of check out he said we have to pay Rs 500 cash for driver Really very disappointed with this Oyo property

Good facility in the Hotel and very good Hotel staff

I reached at hotel around 11 30 pm. After half an hour a boy opened the door. Mineral water is not available and they served breakfast in 50 minutes only.

Hotel is good, staff is also good and helping, but area is not safe for family. It's the best option for bachelor, but worst option for family.

The room service was very slow.

Not cooperative, location of hotel is also very pathetic and no parking space.
Please change bed cover, when you offer rooms to guest.
