businessVery slow services, if any thing will be required they give services after 4/5 times demand. Not a water is complimentary where as high price room rate. Poor cleaning room & washroom both. Nothing kits like saving, both & toothpaste.

Decent Stay at Nirvana

It was really a wonderful stay at Hotel Nirvana. The property was neat and clean and well maintained. Staff behavior is good and well mannered. I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days for official purpose. I would like to revisit and stay in same property next time as well.

Terrible experience after a long travel

familyWe did not occupy the room as the ac did not work. They made us wait for more than 2hours trying to set the ac to ok; but failed. We left the hotel and made own alternative arrangements thereafter.

Rooms are clean and room service is very much responsive. Reception desk has scope of improvement. Food is really great with perfect potion size. Rooms receive plenty of natural sunlight and almost all the rooms have city view. Overall a good choice for business tour.

Extremely bad accommodation. Staff was very unfriendly. Not even a jar of water was given as part of room facilities, despite mentioning that it need not be bottled water. Linen and towels were dirty and room stinked. Car parking was another issue as the area was very dirty and narrow. Much better, cleaner, and safer options available nearby,
