Good service and good food But some cleaning issue overall hotel is good for stay as compared to other hotels near by

It's terrible experience. Rooms were not ready at 3.30pm when reached. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Food was not available in hotel. No services. We even carry our luggage ourselves after about 20 minutes waiting outside. Found no kitchen in promises. Food ordered was outsourced and was not up to mark. There was no difference between deluxe and premium rooms. Behavior of owner was very rude. One Room was dirty. Not even cleaned Car was parked on road. No parking space in promises

Clean rooms for the location . Parking is a bit of a challenge . No catering so even a cup of tea is a challenge . Good for a nights stay as per the standards you can expect for the location

The hotel owner is nice and accommodating. My original room (105) had a broken flusher for the toilet and I was instructed to use the room next door if I wanted to. Subsequently, I was offered to shift rooms which I agreed to. The second rooms had electrical issues near the bed where the outlet was not working and unusable. Both rooms had bad odor coming from bathroom. The hotel is undergoing construction of their wedding hall and a lot of noise was being made. Overall, the stay was okay.

Good hotel in firozpur, new property, helpful and courteous staff, big and spacious rooms. Breakfast is limited should have more options and it's served in rooms. Quality is good but better option is buffet

it's like a Oyo rooms third class service in the name of room service the a man name shubam asks for money to provide room service

All experience is good with nayaab hotel, staff are good, all staff member behaviour is good, food and services excellence

It is nice place to stay very neat and clean every thing is managed properly, if i talk about service it is too good management is always active. I love the place because in this small town hotel like this is really appreciated.
