My experience last night was absolutely terrible. The hotel bed was filthy, the room itself was in horrible condition, and there was an unbearable stench coming from the dustbin. I was in deep sleep when suddenly, around 2 AM, the bed broke and I fell to the floor. I immediately tried calling reception via intercom, but no one responded. I had no choice but to put the broken bed on the floor and spend the night there. I even informed MMT at check-in, but they did nothing and simply told me to adjust. I somehow adjusted, but when the bed broke in the middle of the night—just imagine how awful that felt! To everyone reading this: please do not book through MMT. They take no responsibility for anything. I’m also uploading a video of the hotel for your reference."
