Hotel staff is very co-operative. Room was clean and at this budget the hotel is excellent............

the service is not good as expected and staff are not cooperative

They not give me room in his hotel, shift me to another hotel that is shikawati hawaeli

I stayed here for one night with my family The room was cleaned very well and we also got Wi-Fi there which was also a good hotel The wall painting was nice and we felt very peaceful weather so overall our stay was very nice 👍

My experience of staying in hotel is very good its better thin many other hotels hotel staff is very friendly and easy to talk room cleaniness is well maintained and rooms are very comfortable hotel is easy to reach having lot of garden space hotel is made in traditional style that makes the experience very different

There are many wasps in the hotel and in our family, my son or my niece also got stung by them. My son was stung in the eyes due to which i had to go to the hospital in an emergency or my niece was stung on the hand by a wasp. The room was good. Ac of 2 rooms is not in working condition, geyser of 3 rooms is not in working condition. And the food was good to eat but very expensive. Our lunch/dinner bill came to rs 4500. And after the wasp bite, the hotel staff did not go there and help us. Or they did not make any arrangements to remove the wasps from there.

Peaceful place, clean, lot of space in room and parking area. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous.

Good place to stay, good service and location

Visited mandawa for 2 n and stayed in mandawa palace hotel. It was nice stay with big enough room, ample open space to enjoy with family & group. All the havelis and attractions are nearby and can be covered by walk. I recommend mandawa palace hotel.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, couple friendly

Rooms are spacious and clean. Can accommodate 3 people easily. 01 king size beed and 01 single bed in room. Big parking space.

The owner is very helpful, he suggested us nearby places to visit and also made sure we catch our bus to next location in time. The food we ate was home made and overall a peaceful location and clean to come back to after a hectic travel run.

The hotel rooms are pretty, with rajasthan design touches. They have a spacious ground for parking within the property. They are located within mandawa town, just a few 100 meters away from the main market. The caretaker of the property, mr. Ravi, is very helpful. The a loo paranthas that he gets made at his home, and serves in breakfast are to die for. I loved walking the streets nearby for the small town vibes that i got. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The spacious and elegant property, is a steal at the price that we booked a room in it for. This was one place we were sure to book again our way back and we did!

At such a price it's a steal. Spacious outdoor space. Nice comfy room. Helpful staff. The common sitout area outside our room (113) was great. Quiet neighbourhood.

The food was good. Its value for money. Hotel was clean, room were good, location was also good.

Room that I got was quite small which made it a bit congested. There was only one person to attend. So I had to manage my luggage on my own. Later the hotel owner came to meet and greet, and he was very courteous. They served food which was fresh and tasted good. Very comfortable and homely experience that was. Another negative was that there were no towels or soaps in the washroom.
