Bathroom was not properly clean and maintained. Very poor hygiene. Heater not working mainly in winter.

The hotel is very good, but the service is worse. No hot water was available in winter. No coffee or tea is available in room.

All the things were too good but as compared too other hotels in city this is quiet high tariffs as it is located outside the city.
Location is good and good staff and owner is of good nature.
