it's worst experience ever, considering Room price, getting worst room, room size was too small, as I asked the manager to change the room, they denied for any change, also complimentary breakfast also very poor. overall zero rating from my side

Very poor quality room and very poor service. Room picture doesn't match with original room tariff. Terrible experience, no body is there to listen your problem. Room didn't provided as per tariff, they given me lower tariff room, giving excuses of non availability of rooms.
