1 burn bed sheet 2 room service poor 3 no shampoo no soap 4 dinner quality and serving poor quality. Serving trey not clean and many more problems in hotel.

The stay was bad because the geyser was not working properly and in this cold weather it was badly needed. Also the washroom was not up to the mark. The room was not maintained properly. Overall, i am not happy with their services. The hotel did not care about the guest request and were very slow in service.

Which room booked by me that was not provided whereas chekin time was 7pm but room provided after 10pm dinner was not good one spider and one cockroach is dancing in my night food tray. Morning meal was not provided due to their chef was not available.
