1. Minimal toiletries present in the room had to ask for a even a fresh soap. 2. No tissue paper in washroom. 3. No complimentary water bottle in room, had to pay even for that. 4. Very minimal items available from menu, had to order from zomato for food.

Not so good experience
During my 1 night stay, first of all hotel is on 1st floor of some show room and difficult to find. Room was okay but toilets were shabby and unhygienic after repeated requests also no body came to clean, not preferred for families, the boy on the reception is one and all for room service reception and house keeping and is not cooperative at all.

Greetings from Hotel Grand Raga Firstly, You Booked an Economy Room still we gave you a free upgrade Deluxe room due to Continuously Urging for 20Min and made 3 person stay in a Double Occupancy Room It was our negligence we people arnt Like you With less spending Power and Dreams of a 5-star Facility And still having No shame in asking for Fake Bills If Not Satisfied with the Feedback You have our Contact Number Regard

they have old walls, tv remotes not available in rooms, beds very noisy if you change side while sleeping. Overall ok stay, nice staff.

Terrible Stay
Room and stay was very horrible. Even complimentary water was not given. Room size were not as per shown. Overall not expected such type of room. No service boy's available.

Zero ameneties in a high price
I reached at 10:30 at night from chintpurni ji n was so tired. The room was very congested with old furniture. The bed was large according to the room so it was hitting us while walking in the room. Only one towel was there, cheap soap, no goodnight. Horrifying experience. Money minded owner.

Thank u give valuable review But- 1. Note that the point- mrs Deepa Goyal aap or aapke hubby ne drink ki hue thi. 2. Appne Non A/c Room Book kiya tha. Fir aap force karke A/c Room me covert karna chahti thi . 3. To Eska Matlab ye hua ki Owner Money MInded ho gaya.

The room was nicely clean and the behaviour of the staff was also very friendly. I may consider staying here again in my next visit to sundernagar.
