very poor hygiene not any thing properly room service is also not good overall not recommended

Hotel washroom was very dirty, I had to change rooms although the new one was also not too clear , Towel were very old have grey mark all over it. Staff was too arrogant. was of money

Room was not proper and very small. Location was on main road and proper. For other things like fooding etc. , no complaints as our lunch was outside. Rooms should be more specious with proper bed heights.

Location good close to station market etc food is nice hotel rooms needs cleaning i think during new year vacation period either they are running short on staff or need to ensure cleaning food plates in passage waited for a day before getting removed

Hotel infrastructure is good but due to poor maintenance it is appearing bad to us. I got backside room where washroom is attached with other toilets of other room. Room is not cleaned at all. Not arable, it is suffocative

Worst experience, toilet was dirty, room was not good and charges was very high, even after paying 1 room dental kit, shampoo etc was not available, very bad experience, not recommended for stay

It's really good hotel in very good location. Rooms are so clean. Morning breakfast is also good. Ther is also natural jogging park around this hotel

Some Staffs are super nice to most very bad … hotel management should ask all the guys lounging around doing nothing to clean each room and bathroom thoroughly. It’s terrible

Didn't get pleasant welcome at hotel. I felt as if i am asking a favour. Wet towels were given. I was told due to cloudy weather towels are wet. Did not get hot water during bath. I was told due to load shedding heater is off. Lift were not functioning due to load shedding. Room was provided without checking availability/ working condition of all. Intercom phone was missing. Tv switch was not functioning. Later on both were attended after giving complaint. Hotel location was good. Food was ok. Room attendant was polite.

The hotel is good but the maintenance of the rooms is not so good. The rooms booked are not as good as the other rooms.

Staff behaviour is not good, room are not clean and when we tell all thing to room boy he argument with us he say room is clean, room boy never knock the door for come in room they are comes in room like this room have no guest.
