I stayed at this hotel recently and while the staff were polite and the location was convenient, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The facilities are clearly degraded and not maintained well — from broken fittings to cleanliness issues, it didn’t match the standard I expected. With proper upkeep, this hotel could be much better, but as of now it feels neglected. An average experience, worth staying only if location is your main priority.

Average Stay
Breakfast was not good, there was only one staff in the morning, hotel is located on top floor of an abandoned mall while in pics shared the mall is shown fully functional. The staff was very helpful and rooms were clean, bed linen was clean.

Very bad quality and anything every item are cheap quality and wall are very bad condition
For work porpoises but i was disappointed and please check first and go after it my suggestion for all people

Poor pathetic is the word which is to be used kindly black list the property immediately in next tour don't want even to stay

no help for booking cancellation
Very bad hotel. Horrible bhutiya bilding. I can not stay and i want to cancel the booking but hotel staff denying the cancellation. I have wasted my money fake rooms photo's upload. The hotel room not like as show. And this hotel real name is black penthar

Dear Miss MONIKA SAINI, Perhaps it was very unfortunate what happened with your And I think your expectations are too high with five star facilities by just paying 5 or 6 hundreds of rupees. There are many guests who have rated very high for the same star facilities and amenities for a mere amount. Anyway, we presume Guests are always right. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Terrible Stay
I have not stayed there. Hotel was pathetic. Pigeons and bird smell was everywhere. Hotel was also not looking up to the mark. The beds were used and were not clean. Even the hotel staff was saying rooms. It felt like a haunted place.

Excellent Stay
Ambiance is very kaam and silence. Food quality is very delicious. Rooftop bar restaurant make very good experience always would like to stay at black panther. Little cleaning need to improve

Hotel issues
There are no toiletries in had to ask for it and it was not available and also there was earthing in the bathroom they checked it after and also they’re charging twice for bisleri bottles which is wrong they can’t charge above mrp

Waste of money. Horrible place to stay
Hotel is located in a mall which ia totaly empty. No proper room services. Walls of room are damaged. Complmentray items are not arranged and given after many time request. Totally waste of money pictures updated are attarctive but hospitalities are very poor. No maintenance i will never suggest to stay here

Stay at sri ganganagar black panther
Not at all worth worth of paying so levy room rates, it's not worth of 1000 also. From finding hotel entrance to location in a dead mall. Totally poorverly maintained property. Only well maintain is their bar and restaurant.

Rooms were not clean
The room in which was not clean spider webs were there in the room the sheets were also not clean and spiders in the bathroom water blockage in the shower area and the breakfast policy was one person will only get 1 items not more then that

Sri ganga nagar review
We have come to s3 nights stay at the hotel. 1. The stay was not so good as the third bed which was provided to us was not good. The posture of this bed was bad. 2 on the third day, the light went off of the hotel. So half the night we were completely off.

familyWe did not check in because the hotel was on 7 floor of an empty mall and entrance was untidy parking was not good so it seemed unsafe to stay and we didn't check in

Rooms are small in size but u will find everything of your basic need there and most surprising is this that this hotel is top of a mall and finally food is awsme
