Terrible Stay

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. it was dirty and very shabby. i asked for a change in room but the 2 rooms shown to me were more bad. The staff admitted that all the rooms were in same condition. There was only one housekeeping person and one security. i will leave it to the readers to decide after seeing the attached pictures. Make my Trip should get this hotel out of their list.

My experience at the Hotel Clarks was not great. the executive room 307 provided during my stay was extremely dusty and unclean with AC being very slow to cool the space and the mini refrigerator being non functional. to add to this, the bathroom was unclean with very few toiletries and towel provided. the overall bathroom condition was pathetic with no basic amenities. upon making the complaint about the room the next day morning, they upgraded us to a better room. overall the stay at Clarks was average for the price I paid.

Absolutely liked everything about the hotel . I was mesmerized by the minimalist decor of the rooms just aesthetically perfect. Breakfast and food was very rich in taste . The main highlight of the hotel is the location as it's in between the city and of course staff ..... Being helpful in every aspect......

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not well maintained – the bedsheets didn’t feel clean, the bathroom had a bad odor, and basic amenities were missing. The breakfast was another letdown; the options were very limited, the food tasted stale, and nothing was served fresh. On top of that, the service was extremely poor. Staff were unresponsive, not friendly, and it felt like every small request was a burden to them. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or good hospitality.

I recently stayed at this property, and, unfortunately, the overall experience was below expectations. The facilities are outdated, with many areas in visible need of repair and upkeep (as shown in the pictures). There is also a strong smell of moisture throughout the property, which makes the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast options were very limited, with just 4 items in total and hardly 1–2 options suitable for Jain food preferences. On the positive side, the staff was polite and helpful, and my request for early check-in was accommodated without any hassle. However, the property clearly needs a complete revamp/upgrade. Until that happens, I would not recommend staying here.

Not value for money.. staff is not co-oprative.. requested at the time of check in to give good view room but, have not given..whole hotel was vacant that day even they don't prioritize the guest to upgrade the room.after lots request they shifted room.. hotel is giving 500ml complimentary per person which is not enough when you are paying 4400/-for couple and 2 Childrens at Bhavnagar centre when we asked more water they asked it chargeable.. inshort staff is not professional. food was quite good.. Not good. Photos are misleading. Rooms are very old and not hygiene. Even the premium rooms are not maintained well. Booked by looking the photos and got betrayed.
