Excellent food, & services provided by Hotel Staff. This is value for money.

The overall service was average. one out of 3 rooms was given on the other floor which we requested to change to same floor, however they charged us extra for a smelly room which was having an extra bed even though the guest count remained same. The food was very good however the breakfast was very very poorly arranged. At 8-9 AM the whole dining area was under cleaning process which shows very very poor management and this happened consistently for 2 days .. Bathrooms shower lever wasn't working.. Lifts button numbers are extremely confusing... you have to press 4 to go to the 2nd floor ..

One of the worst stays ever. The hotel had no WIFI and no idea as to what hygiene means the linens were extremely dirty their were pan stains in room and bathroom. Would like to raise a formal complain to Government forum.

The towels provided were torn. The cleaniness was not satisfactory. We could see small cockroach on the furniture.

Receptionist behaviour very rudely. I have been booked room for 2 adults and 2 children room tarrif add above person but receptionist told him for extra charges. Yet room occupied room is very dirty and under room was rat and cut the bag and other items.

Unfortunately, i found the room to be quite dirty and the overall hygiene standards were disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and the environment was not properly maintained

Food and room size is quite good, recommended for solo travel. Even staff is quite helpful and supportive

Had booked suit room however rooms were below average and value for money, breakfast was also not good to have.

Mr. Pandey did not know how to deal with customers. While talking to him it seems egoistic. Tv did not get recharged till three days of my visit. I was told to reception again and again for recharge. I should not recommend it to anyone. There might be other good hotels in a reasonable range that must go with them. The only good thing is the food is awesome. The pillow cover was not changed when i checked in. I had asked the staff to change it. Then he only changed the covers.

A comfortable stay in neemuch, near all markets, food, transport service in walking distance bus stop etc

One of the best hotels in neemuch near by all market, bus stand, restaurant is attached hotel, room service is good, cleaning and hygiene is maintained. I stayed there for five days.

The hotel is at a very good location and the rooms are also very nice and comfortable and the special thing is the look of the hotel is amazing. Because the management here is good

Behavior was rude of front office staff. Room was booked with breakfast in advance but breakfast was not ready till 8pm. Upon asking front desk manager behaved very rudely and said everything should be arranged as per your demand and need.

That is very bad hotel and staff room is untidy and unhygienic
