I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Beena Mansion], and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the property's location, food, amenities, and services.

booked a.c room & given invoice of non a.c....service...... is .....so.... pathetic

A very bad experience with the hotel. 1. Not proper facilities 2. I have stayed for 3 days, breakfast is the same as repeated. 3. Room service phone not working. 4. The location is also very bad.

Very good service, all staff behiover are nice, also room service is good, hotel food is nice. I am very happy

Overall, average. Cleaness was 4 out of 10. Located in the market area. Mainly for regular travelers not for corporates. Rates according to facility is high.

Very poor management. Cleaning, facility, services in all categories very very poor management. Highly unsatisfied. The worst experience never recommended. Tv is not working towel provided on demand. Drinking water glass is only provided after you demand. Very very unhygienic.

The hotel tv was not working, bedsheet was in bad shape. No complimentary water. Limited options in food. Cleanliness around the hotel not good. No lift.

Hotel been a mension is average hotel. Non ac room rate is very costly. It's so so hotel.

Nice hotel and good behaviour of staff members. Food quality is also nice. Bed is very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed to stay here.

room price is high as compare to manual, despite paying high rate, not getting required facility, hotel provide nothing, hotel provide only tear towel n one aloo paratha in complimentary breakfast, in this price hotel provide toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, body lotion, good towel, big colour tv with so many channel etc

Hygiene was not good in toilet and bathroom. Tap is not working and hard to open or close. Girjar is also not working. Not proper lighting. Receiver is not not working. Wifi not working. Other hand food is good with hygiene but costly. Staff is good and supportive.
