service was too poor, without calling a staff you can't get anything, specially the iris building,so dirty. There is no TV no wifi nothing . if you stay once you never want to stay for next time. According to price it's worse to stay.

Wow One of the best Hotel I have ever stayed in tier3 cities.This is more a resort than a Hotel. Tarrif is very reasonable . Veg Food quality is superb. Highly recommend for this Hotel.

No courtesy at all. Not escorted to the room. We have to search and go which is outside main building like a penthouse. Nobody is there in the building also to whom we can ask water. Ok will share

businessHotel was good but their room service from restaurant will take one hour to serve you, restaurants give high priority to serve first to north indians when u dine at their restaurant unless they noted u as south person. They wont ever bother that customer is paying huge amount to stay in this hotel.
