    Terrible Stay

    Very poor Hygiene and cleanliness not maintained. Dirty bedsheets, pillow cover , dirty washroom. Dirty towels . Less than cheap category hotel. A very bad experience. Will never suggest .

    The room shown wasn’t available. During my previous stay booked directly with the hotel, I got one of the best club rooms. This time, I booked through a well-known and was given a club room, but it was average. It feels like better rooms are given to guests who book directly with the hotel — I may be wrong, but that’s my impression.

    Awfully slow team and service, the hygiene of the pillows, pillow covers, towels is awful. They were stained. A tortoise would be faster than the restaurant service. Staff is too slow, and chill. Not at all worth the money charged.
