The staff were well behaved, certain basic items were not available in the rooms, faced continuous electricity cut off for a few minutes, extra decoration is required and more importantly the breakfast lounge or the breakfast tables were not managed/cleaned properly.

The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The property is centrally located. Facilities available are best in the city including one infinity swimming pool. Hotel employees are courteous. Food is good but choice is limited. But they don't serve any non-vegetarian item in the complimentary breakfast, not even eggs. This is the main reason I've not given them excellent.

The stay is comfortable. Staff are coordial. The hotel exterior needs renovation. Lobby area to be separated for residential guests and guests visiting restaurants.

Location is great, food was not upto the mark, service was as very slow and also they don’t even know how to make a hot chocolate. There was no hot water in shower, it was just like warm and the weather was cold. Breakfast and buffet was not getting refilled, no one was there to look after it.

Worst quality lock at bathroom door i was get locked inside luckily my wife was there in room she tried to to open it from outside but it didn’t so she called to reception and they send someone in half an hour. That day if i would have alone i cannot imagine what would happened with me. T hay need to change there entire lock system
