Good behaviour of hotel staffs and location is also good.Its close to the mandir

I booked this property and I must say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had as a frequent traveler. I have stayed in many places across India, but never have I come across such poor standards and negligence. The room given to us was completely different from what we booked. It was dirty and extremely unhygienic — especially the bathroom, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. On top of that, when it rained, the entire room got flooded with water! It was shocking and unacceptable. Despite multiple complaints, no one from the property management cared to respond or resolve the issue. Their attitude was rude and irresponsible. We had booked a room for four people, but they gave us one meant for three, without any apology or compensation. This is a clear case of false booking and service denial, and I will be proceeding with a legal complaint. I’m posting this here to warn other — do not book this property if you value your comfort, hygiene, or basic respect as a customer. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Maintenance is most average.Room was not clean.Bedsheets,linens were not clean and stained.Hand shower of bathroom was not working properly there was severe leakage in it.Resturant is upto the mark and behaviour of all staffs was nice and co-operative. Overall it is a most average hotel.
