Though a neat and clean hotel, it needs improvement in service. Call made from room to reception thru intercom is never responded. On demand of milk and tea sachet for tea preparation (due to insufficient stock in room, service boy did not believe in insuffiency of stock, he personally inspected the room and they supplied items which is very annoying.

Ac turns off after falling asleep at night. You get water on asking someone. Food and drink is not right according to the rate
