Blanket without cover also poor quality of blanket. Working staff were ok no food facility in hotel even tea or coffee

Property is ok but your behaviour is very worst. You have cancel-led my booking towards hotel ashoka at itarsi without knowing that i have already paid full amount to you through google pay on 20. 09. 2024.

Cleaned room with bathroom good staff behaviour check in and check out is ok very close to itarsi railway station

All are very good. Room cleaning and surrounding cleaning are very good. I already suggested to my friends and relatives who will visit itasrsi in future.

The hotel needs to maintain cleanliness. Also, common items like soap and shampoo were not made available. Also, the breakfast was not available.

This hotel maintained hygiene and the only issue i faced was the remotes for ac and tv were missing.

Stayed for one day with family. Stay is good. Room is neat and clean. It is very near to railway station. Staff are very cooperative and guided us well when we needed medical help.

Nice stay in very clean and hygienic room for 2 night. It is close to railway station and at walkable from bus stand. There is little bit lack of coordination between hotel management. E. G 1. One manager told i am entitled for complementary morning tea while other manager ask for advance pay for the tea. 2. The manager at the time of check in requested to wait upto 12 noon, as check in time is 12 pm. While they have vaccent room. Moreover he told i have not mention early check in. When i show him the confirmation email from hotel for early check-in he told this email was send by owner, so he have no idea. Anyway he allowed for early check in. By the way all other facilities like food/restaurant, market etc is easily accessible from the hotel.

Hotel staff very polite and cooperative. Deluxe room was neat and clean. Would strongly recommend for stay, plus point is that it is very close to the railway station.
