Not suitable for people in the property..dirty washroom behavior is bad..wi fi not available..food not available

the rooms are dirty, and bad smells always come from bed. also, in the toilet, there is no water heater. water heater is the most important thing in winter season. i don't have any pictures 😕, because it's not special for me.

Rooms are not good. Not given a single water bottle. Blankets are not clean. Plates are not given. Also towel is not given by hotel.

Very untidy, dirty stinky toilet. No internet. Very very backward. Sorry to say. People are nice but when the toilet and room is so so dirty, it's impossible to stay. I moved to another hotel.

Nice service and good behaviour in all staff and fast service in ashok hotel and room clean good service.

Basic amenities missing from the hotel. No napkin available in the room. I asked for tissue paper; they didn't have. I had to ask for towel which they took back the next day saying they didn't have enough towels. No food availability. Need to get it from outside. When i asked for a dish to have food, they very hardly found a dish to eat, which was not even properly cleaned. Room was below average. Found insects inside the room. Would not suggest anyone. Terrible.

Worst quality hotel property, wall is damaged, they aren't offering basic facilities. They are giving unpacked water bottle and not giving towels.

Hygiene should be improved a bit. Mosquitoes repellent mechanism to be followed

I booked non ac room, which on request i have upgraded to ac, what found is bed sheets were dirty, everywhere red ants on the bed, bedsheets were having holes, bathroom had no mirror, no hanger, hand shower for toilet was too dirty, rooms walls were dirty and i guess rooms were used for other service rather comfortable stay.

House keeping and hospitality really appreciable. Hotel staff are friendly in nature and the way of support for local transport is good i recommend the ashok hotel.

This hotel is good. Basically staffs and their behaviour good. I reached at night but they behave me well. It is my good luck that i booked my room before i reached otherwise i will not get any room because all are filled. I recommend all before making trip always do your booking online.

All are good and all staffs behavior good rooms are comfortable.

No clean room, no any facilities, unhygienic no towel provided also.

There are good hotels in rayagada, odisha but why only 2 are associated with mmt and that are worsts in service, cleanliness, and value for money. Hotel ashok is the worst one.
