The hotel is not worth staying in

The room was very dirty. The toilet flush was not working and even after telling the staff it was not repaired at night. In the morning the staff told me to use the toilet in the other room. The behaviour of the staff was not supportive. The tv was not working and the phone for room service was also broken.

It is very bad service and the staff is very good 👍. Not clean properly and no access to anything in the room like AC, geyser, call to the reception for switch off and ON, that's very terrible.

u have non ac room we have boiler facilty i dont understant in non ac room where u get ac .n hotel which have boiler why should hotel provid gyger

Terrible Stay

It was terrible. Hotel was dirty. Washroom was very very dirty after calling back to back they are not coming for cleaning. On 11* they shift us in other. Hotel saying for today our hotel is sold-out
