Review Of Guesthouse Madhu

Room was not clean. Toilet fittings were broken. No proper room service.

Sir, I alongwith my guests (total 4 adults and 1 child) checked in to Madhu guest house at 6.50PM Saturday on 02.08.2025 with prior telephonic communication. But when we told the front office reception officer regarding Not providing free Mineral Water, Luggage assistance, free Wi-Fi, free parking, Telephone, Iron/Ironing Board, Work Desk, we're asked to vacate the two rooms and behaviour from him was not upto mark. Immediately a mail was sent to Makemytrip on that very day 02.08.2025(copy enclosed) Moreover the Manager of Madhu Guest House, Netarhat told that highest tariff of double bedded standard room for all seasons throughout the year wa0 per room which comes to Rs.2400 for two double-bedded rooms, but as l've paid INR"Makemytrip", as told by him and tariff shown by him, a difference amount of Rs.1143 should be returned back to the customer i.e. to me... this is for your kind consideration and refund of an amount of 3 to me. Attached is copy of your payment voucher and confirmation mail... Anticipating a quick positive response from you, Sincerely, Lalit Kumar Pradhan

This property should have never been recommended by make my trip , this is under construction, without any facilities, very unsafe for family. We went there , but didn't dared to stay there

Guesthouse Madhu is at a very convenient location, close to the town and sunrise point. It provides budget friendly accommodation with basic amenities.

Everything is disgusting,no minimum facilities hear,no staff hear,no minimum facilities hear,only waist of money

The building is under construction. Location is good. Hot water connection not good required some modifications food and services are nice.

Very bad, room is not upto the mark as per your site. Food quality very poor but price is very high.

Many many thanks to "make my trip " to help me at the 11th hour otherwise I had to stay in my car. After the sudden cancellation of my booking in Forest rest house I was totally confused about what to do for those 2 days . Thanks again🙏🙏🙏

I should say manisha is a wonderful person and host. I am extremely satisfied with her service and hospitality and have enjoyed our stay there.

The property was under construction. Non ac rooms, geyser not working, smelly washroom. Not good for family stay.

The rooms&the service is terrible. There is no dining area&you have to constantly shoo away dogs while eating cold unappetizing food on the open verandah. I have paid rs3660- for a room which is not worth more than rs800- to rs1000- at the most. In my long association with mm t this is the first time that i have been cheated like this
