Review Of Gateway Aurangabad - Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

Not very luxurious, I booked premier room which is meant to be one level down the suite category but there was nothing premier about the room. the room was on 3rd floor to far corner, entrance of the room has dark forest in the front which is super scary after dark, I had 2 kids with me and they were getting scared. There was no door bell, missing bathrobe, bath mat, no chairs in Balcony though they provided chairs in balcony upon request. Balcony was open and wet due to rain. Lower category rooms had swing and fully covered balcony with better views, so better to book superior room and save money. Food was exceptionally great with good spread, Satish at the pool was very friendly and supportive and gave good pool experience, SPA was operated from make shift guest room and actual SPA area was under renovation. They are still renovating some areas in the hotel and you can visibly see the construction and repair works ongoing.

My family and I visited Gateway Aurangabad to celebrate my spouse's birthday and it was a fantastic experience to begin with. The staff made it special by giving a bigger room and decorated it with flowers and also arranged a cake. The staff and the hospitality was simply outstanding. It was a memorable experience and we will definitely recommend everyone to visit the property to enjoy the buffet spread and the exceptional hospitality. Special shout out to one of the staff "Yuvraj" for going above and beyond to put up with our multiple requests.

It was amazing stay. They made my family feel special. celebrated my wifes birthday in great way. thanks. Food and service was great.

The stay was amazing. The property is really great and luxurious and the food is way beyond expectations. The staff makes sure that everything is up to the mark and goes above and beyond to make the vacation memorable.

Stinky rooms & wet mattresses, not at all expected from TAJ. Room smelled horrible due to dampness in the walls . Furniture not clean . Mattresses & blanket wet .

This was our second time in this property which is both grand and lovely. Rooms are comfortable and the small balcony with swing makes it grand. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Chef Sainath & our server Rajnish made our food experience at latitude more memorable. Room service was prompt and courteous. In terms of opportunities- Spa options were limited. Considering thw property size this wasnt expected. Also our card keys didn’t work and had to be activated a second time and no umbrella when requested the next morning. Quality of desserts can also be improved - some of them were too sweet!

We stayed in premium room.Rooms look bit old but well maintained.Staff is quick, responsive, and co-ordial..Food was really good with impressive spread.Pool was clean and maintained. Really impressed by the extra ordinary services .. Looking forward to visit again.

The property was amazing. I would give 10/10. But the highlight was the hospitality and service. It was a notch higher than the property. The staff was so very nice and cooperative. Everybody from the entrance gate to front office to housekeeping to restaurant had a smile on their face 24x7. I remember a few names like Jhanvi (Front desk), Shreyas (reception), Sharvari (Reception), Mr Sainath (Chef), Mr Vikram (Restaurant Mgr), Mr Rajnish, Ms Saloni, Mr Atharva, Ms Jhanvi, Mr Garvit, Mr Madhav, Mr Rhythm (all Restaurant staff), boy at the pool, and whole of housekeeping staff. Also rest all whose names I am forgetting. The least i can say is thank u all and Gateway Aurangabad for making my stay memorable and comfortable. A big thank u ......

The hotel is good but not that great, as it's part of TAJ the expectations will be more, rooms are not that great also as per the cost charged it must be better.

I had a horrible stay. The hotel room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was unhygienic and the overall condition was unacceptable. I feel like I wasted my money. Only the food was decent—everything else was very disappointing. Hope this helps improve future experiences.

Located close to the airport. Food was excellent. Wonderful spread for breakfast as well as dinner. We were a family of 6 with 2 vegetarian and 3 non-vegetarian members and all of us were fully satisfied with the quality and tast of food. Excellent hygiene was maintained. The hotl lived up to the high standards set by the Taj grou. Service was outstanding and all the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for stay in chatrapati Sambhajinagar. Hats off to Taj hotels.

Regular to this hotel. It is always great to be there. Staff gate to the reception, to the room, to the food exceptionally professional , polite and ready to help. Keep it.

Overall Excellent experience. All the staff members at Reception + Restaurant - extremely good and a very positive body language . Great courtesy extended by the Chef at the Restaurant. A memorable stay. Will surely come again

Rooms are under renovation. Complete sound and given room don’t have calling bell at least . This is not gateway standard . Food taste is not at par with Taj Group

The stay was terrible because of the customer been put at the last and the construction work put as 1st priority not recommended to any one

Very bad service.I have busted with my in laws. Lunch was pre booked but they took approximately 2 hrs to serve food.We are so frustrated. Room and bathroom is below standard as per the charges. Staff behaviour is very rude. I have never experience such a bad service in any of my trip.Never recommended at all.
