easy to reach,near the rly st ,want to clean toilet properly after the guest check out,I saw empty shampoo packets not picked from the toilet.......

Area surrounding hotel smells bad & liquor shops create more nuisance. Parking place is not good for parking.

There was a no one to attend to customer. I wanted to take a hot water bath. I was told to put on switch and wait for 5 min. But shockingly there was no water supply. I cancel-led my booking by one day and left early. But the hotel refused to refund my money for the second day.

1. The hotel is situated very close to the railway station and approximately 1km from the local raichur bus stop. 2. The hospitality as soon as i entered the reception (located in the 1st floor) was very good. 3. But the hotel didn't even offer water as a complimentary thing. Rather they asked me to pay extra.

Overall a nice stay. Only problem was, television was kept but not functional. Otherwise, it is right in front of railway station. Hotel, markets, etc, are very close to this hotel.
