My recent stay was, in a word, average. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. However, there wasn't anything that particularly stood out. The amenities were standard, the service was polite but not overly helpful, and the breakfast offered was passable. It served its purpose for a quick stopover, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again unless there were no other convenient options.

my stay at hotel is only for one day hence I am waiting for refund of one day fair ie 27/03/2025,please reply at once

we had booked an executive room with breakfast included. however, during our stay on 01.10.2024, breakfast was not provided to us by the hotel until we checked out at 8:10 am, despite it being part of the package. as we were unable to avail the breakfast service, i kindly request you to take appropriate action and process a refund for the amount charged for breakfast, which was included in the booking. thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. i look forward to your resolution.

Cleanliness need improvement hot water not in shower no option for food access is bit far

It's not good experience because look like a haunted place not even single water given service is night no one caries service it's very poor. I am not again in future any time visit

Room service is not good. I order tea in morning then it took more than hours. Early morning water was not coming in washroom as well, i was checking out without taking bath.

Great stay, with amazing food the hospitality was great. Rooms were clean as well as the location was great if you like peace.

Poor services even amenities provided is not worth as much they charge… no restaurant, poor quality of food even charging of first 2 bottles of water which we get complimentary in every other places

The geyser in our room was not working

Best thing about the hotel is they arrange pick up & drop from bin a junction as my arrival (midnight 12. 00) and departure (midnight 1. 30am) both timings were very odd. But the hotel rooms were not had even drinking water. All water bottle consumed by me were billed in invoice. Soap were not placed in bathroom, they give it after asked for. Restaurant food test was average. Food was very spicy but quantity was really high to consume for 1 person. Hotel staff is really nice & co-operative.

When asked for gst bill, hotel denied to give me gst bill saying we have never provided to any customer so will not provide it to you

No house keeping not a good kitchen and good food available remote location no regular return convince available on road. Tea tray missing poorly managed
