Stay was good. The people are very friendly. The AC needs to be maintained properly, there is not much colling and wifi but slow

I had a very bad experience while staying with my family in the above hotel. They are very bad at communication and considering mm t customers as different, and charging more for the given room. Not recommended to stay with family.

The hotel was very neat and clean, and the staff were friendly. I felt this hotel was a steal especially considering the budget-friendly prices. The complimentary breakfast was very simple but filling (idly, poori, and sambhar. While the location is kind of isolated, it does provide a sense of peacefulness. Additionally there is a small supermarket nearby (just 3 minutes by walking) providing all the essentials. The only thing slightly disorienting was the rust stains in the toilet (probably from prolonged unuse. But other than that, the stay was very good and perfect for two - three days.

There is less reliability. We booked the guest house for three person and pay for the same, but they provided facilities for two person only. When we asked to provide facilities for three person they demanded another rs. 500- to provide. They did not provided the morning breakfast also as it was included in our booking cast. They are not reliable.

Location wise it is on the highway on the outskirts of vellore. The room was nice, all basic amenities were there. Overall a great stay in the budget.

They mention about 24/7 room service but that was not all correct, they charged more for the food

The room was clean and tidy but the size of the room was very small. The bathroom was so small there was very little space to do anything there. The staff behaviour was good which was a good thing.

We booked for executive room but they gave us deluxe room which is very much smaller than executive. The breakfast timing was also very late

Worst experience. No service, electricity problem, even the breakfast was not provided, no kitchen service, even getting tea was a big issue, tv was not there as shown in the pictures. Not worth the money it was charged. Sheer wastage of money.

Rooms: super deluxe rooms provided to us looked very congested. Out of two rooms one room had very very congested washroom. Best thing was that i liked the cheerful staff. They very cooperative and helpful.

Pros- good room for 2 people accommodation a/c, clean toilet, hot water in bathroom etc are there cons- no tv was there in the room. But in the room description in makemytrip, it was there there were dust on the side tables and on the table. Room also was bit stuffy because of dusts on the second day morning we gave them the room access card in the morning requesting to clean the room. But when we came back in the evening room was as it was earlier. Even the waste basket was not emptied. So looks like no room cleaning service provided during the stay.
