Booked superior room and was given a very different room than the one seen in pictures. The moment we entered the room foul smell was coming and when we opened the washroom door the stench was unbearable. The flush was also not working
This was also a deluxe room as I literally measured it to be 150 sq ft though the resort officials are not agreeing to it for obvious reasons.
We were shifted to another room the next day, after having to spend the night in the unbearable one somehow. But this room had no running hot water in the tap. In fact rusted and slow water was flowing.
We had to make several complaints, raise a cry and only then we were shifted to the third room or else we were being given 2 buckets of hot water for bathing.
The third room had issues with wash basin where a dirty water leakage is seen. The area needs to be sealed and we were told it would be done the next day, which again did not happen. It was manageable and not something much concerning so we didn’t bother much.
But One whole day was wasted, we couldn’t rest properly after having driven for more than 10-11 hours and eventually ended up extending our stay. The extension decision was mostly influenced by Aniket (I hope I remember his name correctly) as he was the most understanding and cooperative person from the management. When we had a morning safari and the staff forgot to provide us breakfast, after promising the previous day that they would, he offered us to have lunch instead. He would answer our call at any hour and would support as much as possible.
