Good location, excellent mountain and lake views, good rooms too! food could have been better compared to the price

Now it seams to be some old village house. Really disappointed. Please don't waste your time and money. They don't even properly clean the place. Booking manager attitude was too bad he made us stay without electricity and when we complaint he started arguing with us. This place is total waste of time and money.

The location is good by nature. Property is not worth the amount paid. We checked out on the same day, no heater this winter and no hot water. The room was not clean.

The property is great. The location including the drive to enter the property is excellent. The location of the cottages are great, secluded, calm. Only problem is that cleanliness. The room was not clean, there was dust spiderwebs. The bedsheets and the towels as well. Cottages are downhill from the restaurant cafeteria. So for water you have to carry it from there. They won’t do any kind of room service. Overall this is a very nice stay. If they work on the cleanliness, it would be great.

I have been cheated, i just walked away, since they offered me a tent to stay. Lost hope in you guys also.

Food was bad. Uncomfortable stay. Not worth for money. But staff were friendly.

I stayed with my family in this property, but I must say the property was really good. The location was peaceful. Although it took some time to reach. We tried food during our stay it was really good. The staff was very helpful there. Overall this property is value for money.
