Very poor management. Not willing to take online booking. The hotel person is interested in only direct booking with hue cost for very poor amenities.

Very poor facility and staffs are so arrogant and behind it wine shop is their everytime their is a noise from that area.

Tragic staircase steps. You are staying in the lonely lodage and no safety. My family is not satisfied
