When booking room size is 350sq ft but at the time of enter in room the room is only 100 sq feet (10ft x 10ft room). Hotel work in in under process parking not available, very dirty area

Average Stay
Apex Lodging plus point is its Location.. its located very close to Bus stand and very close to Samadhi Mandir. .. Staff is supportive. Rooms are too small also TV was not working properly.. It looks like property is still under construction.. Lifts are not installed. If you are coming with Family then will not recommend but if coming with friends u can stay in this Hotel..

Clean Washroom, But Unpleasant Room Experience
The stay was disappointing. The bed sheets and blankets were not clean and had an unpleasant odor, making it hard to relax. The room itself also smelled bad. On a positive note, the washroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, hygiene in the room needs serious improvement.

Overall stay was good at lodge. But they are not allowing single person to stay at lodge

Highly recommended
Clean rooms, very humble and helpful staff. Very close to the bus stand. Around 1 km away from vatvriksha swami samarth temple.

Excellent Stay
Rooms were comfortable. friendly staff. location walkable distance to swami samarth samadhi Mandir. restaurant not available at hotel but they suggest nearby home food which is very nice. Overall excellent stay.

Overall the facility was good, But lift was not available since it was under construction. Water was fluctuating sometimes , Other things were good relating to connectivity and cleanliness

Good Stay
Cleanness & condition is good, tea should be provided at room service in sufficient qqty with proper cutlery, also at morning almost half hour no water in bathroom

Poor Stay
it is mentioned that the room is 144 sq-ft but actually it was only about 50 sqft. In amenities tv was mentioned but no tv in the room. I booked two a. C. Rooms but on arrival the manager told me that only one a. C. Room is available and another room is non a. C. Though he refunded me the difference amount but my parents have to stay in non a. C. And we accepted it due to it is 12. 30 in night. Also there is no restaurant and they refused to bring tea in the morning. The two rooms they gave us were on different floors and the lift was not available. I think that the hotel is under renovation and they opened it without completing the work.
