Not a hotel, worst than many. Cockroaches all Around. Terrible experience

Not a good hotel to stay. Facilities are truly bad

When I book hotel room the pictures are very impressive but when I reached their the room are very small and very dirty. Spider nets over the corner of wall and bed this I was the worst part. Bedsheets are very dull I think they don't get time to wash or what I don't know either. Balcony has dust all over and the table in balcony are very dusty. I forget about towels they also not wash. Thank god I have carry my towel with me usually I don't because in hotel we get everything with neat and clean but this time not. Poor quality service.

I had booked 2 rooms, no doubt location is awesome but AC was not working in one of the room, at reception while check you'll be briefed about their breakfast policy but the breakfast was not ready until 9.20 am and the dispaly board says breakfast timing from 7.30 am to 10.30 am, these are few of them if I'll start counting there will be many.

Mr Sunil was nice man he helped us in many ways.

I have plan for 3 days stay but unfortunately some medical emergency I left hotel second day, the hotel manager and MMT cooperated for it. Thanks company and Epitacio for cooperation.

The location of hotel is very good, that availability of everything is quite easy, and very near to Candolim beach.

We had a 5-night stay to enjoy here in Goa and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Goa. The hotel is very clean throughout and a call make everything available in room, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. The hotel is quiet, and within easy walking distance from the Calangute beach. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Best thing about this hotel is, it is very near to mostly beaches. We stayed at cozy room, though it was very less spacious but good in my budget and best for two people. Ground floor is restaurant and rooms at first floor. Staff is very nice, specially there was a tall and slim guy who is very nice, as our room a/c was not working he came and solved that problem. Very nice guy. Love to visit again. It is centre of Candolim and Calangute. Calangute, Aguda Fort is very near to this hotel. Overall best experience and yes one thing I would like to add which hotel staff should look into is that hotel should provide at least one complimentary water bottle for each day. As I booked for two days they provided only 1 bottle. Overall good.

Hotel is budget friendly and value for money. Need to improve facilities like providing tea/coffee making tools in room. Room service was excellent.

A very efficient hotel and economic too. Very well maintained. Only suggestion is to increase stairway lighting. Room was quiet good, comfortable view and had a nice balcony too. Restaurant food was tasty and service was quiet prompt. Thank you for a good experience.

Stay was really good because of very cooperative staff service especially Sanjay and Sunil. Helped me to arrange for a surprise decorations to celebrate birthday.
