familyHere's a review incorporating the points you mentioned: *disappointing stay - avoid this hotel* i recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and i must say it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The rooms were subpar, with poor cleanliness and a lack of maintenance. The hotel's claims of comfortable accommodations were far from the truth. To make matters worse, there was no parking facility available, and i was told to park my vehicle 200 meters away from the hotel, which was inconvenient and added to my frustration. The hotel's photos were misleading, as the actual rooms and surroundings were not as depicted. The absence of a lift meant that guests staying on upper floors had to climb stairs, which was exhausting. The bedsheet quality was also poor, and the exhaust fan in my room was not working, which made the air feel stale. But what really took the cake was the rude behavior of the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to explore better options.

Worst service i have ever seen, water issues, about food quality i can't even explain, if we are booked with other travel agent so they will provide only one option in food that also 1st low price food. Hotel staff was very rude. Location was good.

Very dirty and low maintenance property. They give us room on second floor on that property no elevator or lift in swimming pool some tiles are broken and one person in our group they had injury on his feet.

While you were at the Hotel , you tried to make un necessary complaints with regards to the room as you wanted refund for the room because you wanted to shift to other hotel for two days as you were booked for 4 days with us, we gave you free upgrade to Executive Suite room and offered a complimentary wine , you were very happy with the free upgrade and you confirmed this to our Manager aswell.
