Really worst exoerience . I booked in make my trip. I callled to room manager he said room is aldready room not available Better cancel . Then they offered non ac room .they are cheating dont go there It was very terrible . Room waa not available hotel management telling rooms not available cancel if u come directly also rooms not available . Then i go directly they are providing non ac room not at all good late n8 i cant book anywhers so i stayed there . Dont keep in your website these type of hotels in your website really worst .

I am very much disappointed with make my trip. I paid money and had the confirmed AC room booking. Unfortunately, the AC room was not alloted. How come this can happen after confirmation. After request, we were alloted AC room after 8.30pm night but AC was not working till 1 am. we were told low voltage. we had a sleepless hot night. I would only blame make my trip for this nobody else including this waste baggage hotel for commercial purposes. very very upset

The fan is not working and the voltage problem is so long ac is not working, Reported to the property manager and we checked it out within an hour, The manager said that we will refund the money No one called as and no response for property owner and..so bad

the room was ok but did not provide towel, soap, shamboo nothing and also tv is just a show piece nothing u can watch and ac dont have remote if u feel cold u have switch on and off the switch and also property location is worse to the core.
