HOTEL SURYAVILLA

The stay was just fine. But, sheets were dirty, TV was not working, there was no lift in my building, breakfast was dry and old. There was cockroaches in washroom and on room desk. Shower wasn't working properly. Rest all was just fine. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, just two small soaps. Towels were looking fine.

Really good value for the price, with excellent food on site. We had an unexpected physical need for an elder person, which the hotel handled quick and seamlessly. I've stayed here before, and will surely stay again.

I was nervous to be taken to the rooftop thinking the room will be some little shabby place but it is the most spectacular large comfortable clean and modern room. I was nervous when i was told breakfast will be indian paratha because sometimes this is not very enjoyable but it was the best i’ve ever had. Also they gave fruit and very good quality chai. I had problem with late departure train and i asked if i could have a little extra time and they were very happy to give me an extra hour check out. Hotel is simple but clean honest and wonderful service mentality. Excellent location and very delightful. I would come back here exclusively if i return to pune.

This hotel is average hotel not too good and not too bad

Very clean, organised rooms. Food is also very tasty. The hotel ambience is beautiful and calm. I like the location of the hotel suryavilla. You feel like an international stay because the hotel's cafe is always filled with foreigners.

Average rooms in comparison to the price paid. Food has to be paid every time you order. No room settlement allowed.

Excellent property. Very clean, hygienic that made the stay comfortable and tension free. I would defined book this property for my stay in pune. All good places are on walking distance, staff is polite and knowledgeable. They guided us to places nearby

Hotel is a good option for budget hotel. Nice Clean property with friendly service is the key point. Food is good and reasonable. Do not expect luxury at these rates.

Its budget hotel, but still cleanness inside room can be maintained better.

I don't like this Hotel service because when I reached Hotel they told me room's not available. I booked via make my trip. After 1.5hr waiting they avail me room. Staff also not good.
