Hotel Parijat Palace

There was no temperature check at entrance, staff was not wearing mask etc.

Hotel was not good. Meal was bad

We traveled in January start and it was very cold, but the hotel doesn't provide warm water for bathing. Even after saying "please take extra money and provide a bucket of warm water", still arguing that it is not in your booking. Then after 10 mins, agreeing on providing a bucket of water. The tone of the receptionist was like this is what we are and we will not help you. My advice is if you book it online then pay money at the hotel and don't pay online so you can shift to other hotels as you will definitely not like it. The only positive point is that the hotel is located near to railway station rest nothing is positive.

Stay was good but they did not provide hot water in standard room.

We booked family deluxe room. The room was clean, proper water supply, washroom was clean and tidy. Its very near to all tourist places in Agra like Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Sadar Bazar etc. I highly recommended them. Staff was good and professional.

Hotel was good with very helpful and quick responding staff. In all it was a great experience and I did not face any problem either with my room nor with the staff.

Bad location, did not look like a family place hence shifted somewhere else

No tissue paper in toilet. When we ask they provide newspaper. Food/tea total waste. Plates are not clean. Better have food outside

This location is near to all the tourist places and near Railway Station too.

There is a good number of facilities but I had received electricity failure, but all OK.

The price shall be a bit lesser.
The food was pretty expensive.
