Terrible Stay

i lost money that i paid for the room...and we didn't get a room at collection o prince palace.we came there at afternoon and the receptionist told that there is no more rooms available and i didn't get the money i paid for the room

The hotel staff and the room was miserable

I can send you pictures the staff and everything was so miserable there were liquor bottles lying in the drawer they denied to give two towels, there were dead and live insects and flies in the drawer and cupbaords
