Hotel O Rose Inn

Review for Hotel Rose Inn Worst experience ever! Management is extremely poor and unprofessional. After paying the full amount online, they still demanded extra money at check-in. The receptionist was extremely rude and didn’t even sit at the desk himself – someone else was handling it. We had booked for 3 people, yet they forced us to pay extra per person, which was not in the policy at all. The room was very small, the so-called "queen bed" was tiny, and before check-in they made us stand outside in the sun for 2 hours. On top of that, the location is horrible – the hotel is hidden inside narrow lanes, hard to find, and looks completely shady from outside. This place caused so much mental stress that we left without staying and booked another hotel. Pathetic experience – please avoid this hotel at all costs!

My experience was terrible ,we had reached the hotel at midnight around 1:00am and they told that with this booking amount we ciuld stay for one day but we had booked for 2days.After the hotted discussion with owner they thrown us from the hotel and then we came to nearby hospital (Manipal hospital ,Dhakuria) and stayed entire night at hospital reception .It was really terrible experience.
