Hi, hotel location is very good, rooms are good and clean but hotel management don't have experience to run hotel. No timely foods, no timely attending guest requests. Day time receptionist is helpful. But once he leave even your food order will take more than hour. Even 1 time they refused dinner after 1 hour of ordering.

It was average stay. Rooms were good but hotel management makes visitor irritated regarding CP breakfast. Extra money was demanded at counter for unsettled company amount.

The handle of our assigned room was broken and we had to request for another room. Their service is too slow and you have to literally keep calling them again and again for the same thing and still they don't pay any attention to respond to the guest's requirements. We were provided with one towel when we checked in Around 2:30 pm and we go the second towel at 11 pm in the night after calling them about 4-5 times. Would not recommend.

Fantastic location

Each room has a attached balcony with a view of River Beas and the Himalayas. The room is very clean and well maintained. I liked the bathroom. The hotel is situated just on the bank of River Beas.

My stay was excellent at this hotel. Room was good and clean. Bathroom was clean. Nice view of both river beas and Himalayan mountain.
Excellent stay at hotel avenue manali. Pleasant view of himalaya mountain on the bank of R.Beas. Room clean and neat, good food but expenses room was too far away from manali was only drawbacks. over all good stay.
