Hotel Holiday Villa

Worst hotel. I booked premium room but there is no facilities. They even ask for money if you want water for drink. 1000 times i request them for the towel and hot water but they didn’t take seriously and ignored it. Even they add extra amount in your food bill without knowing the customer. Facilities is very poor. No heater, no blanket, no tv in premium room and staff behaviour is rude. Don’t spoil your holidays by stay in this hotel. No

Initially they do not allowed me to park my car as they have installed new floor tiles. They told me to park outside of hotel and obviously on my risk. But i saw one car already parked when i inquired about that it belongs to hotel staff/manager. I found front desk staff was not co-operative and helping. He continuously was over phone with manager. Finally when i resisted and confronted then they agreed and allow me to park the car. Rooms are not up to mark. Now you guys can decide. Not all staff members are rude. But hotel management is definitely not behaved well.

Staff behave r is helpful & accommodation is good

I was on a business trip. The hotel is 5-6 km from the railway station and about 10-12 km from the airport. The area was safe and peaceful. I did not order food from the hotel. Services were great, Room and washroom were clean. The room was spacious as well.
