Hotel Crown Plaza-25 kms from Mussoorie

It is best to give this hotel a skip. In my experience, the condition of the room was very poor. The toilet flush was not working, the bathroom needed a complete cleaning, even the towel provided was not clean. Despite requesting, the dirty chairs in the balcony were not replaced. The balcony itself needed a cleaning. The room was cramped, with too much furniture placed in too little space. The carpet needed a thorough vacuuming. And finally, the pillow covers needed to be changed. The only good part was the room service, which was prompt, and served food as and when requested.

Fine location amidst deodar trees in the lap of nature. Best chicken of various varieties served. Rooms are good but not properly maintained. Can be improved further.

Very good hotel at affordable price. Prime location and room are spacious and clean. Staff is supportive and fast. Very good food and quick service. Food quantity is also ample. Overall very good hotel at prime location in dhanaulti.

Dhanaulti is a wonderful location to relax say for minimum 7 days. Hotels are very costly. Facilities were not up to the mark. Staff is good and cooperating. Food is average. Milk quality doubtful. In all if there is value for money then one can relax.

Best located. Value for money luxury hotel. A complete satisfaction. Surrounded by lush green Deodar trees and amidst green forest, the hotel provides an excellent stay for peace of mind and to spend some quality time with your family. At an altitude of nearly 2300 meters and just 310 km away from Delhi it really provides chill in the month of June and relieves you from the scorching heat of Delhi.

Average stay for one day, view was nice however facilities and cleanliness has to be improved. Hotel staff was cooperative but food charges were high in comparison with other hotels at Dhanaulti. It will be worth stay if you can get it around Rs 1, 500/day.
