I stayed for 3 days with my family. We took 2 rooms. Fan is there but not working. Bathroom is there but no hot water facility in one room. TV is there but no cable and further got repaired by Nakul Hotel staff thanks to his hard work. Bed cushions were hard and got changed after many requests. Hotel staff is co-operative but have we heard of fan being repaired while guests are in room. Bathrooms are dirty as the water of basins keep flowing on tiles of whole bathroom. While we complaint the same to the manager he was least bothered to gave a proper reply.

I pay ed a hefty amount of Around 3200 per night but the facilities the condition of the rooms provided was not satisfactory. Its name is Lake view resort only to fool people as in the name of a Lake they have a dirty pond in its front. You can find much better Hotel with much better facilities at such a price in Panchmari.

It was not good at all very bad experience, noisy surrounding, overall bad experience smelly rooms and the staff behavior was not good, they are profanity at night.

The best part of this place is it's host. He doesn't frown for early check-in and In fact called me up a night earlier to know if I was coming earlier and I needed vehicle. The place is a basic place and if you don't have more requirements, no way you can overlook this place.
The room was basic one but sufficient for my needs.
Location is right in the middle of Town, do not expect scenic views from Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toiletries were missing. Staff is very polite, especially Mr. Raj Kumar. Food was so good that we did not try any other restaurants during our stay.
