Lotus Farms Resort (Pure Veg)

An awesome experience. Excellent stay and hospitality. Thank you MMT for this memorable trip. The entire Crew loved it .

Overall the stay was good, rooms were spacious and well maintained. Food quality was also better. The stay location is also good, easy to find. The view from the room was very beautiful. Only the swimming pool is not the same as it looks in photos, it is small than it looks

The hotel was clean, but we had asked for garden view something very different we had an restaurant in front of room. Food was not that great service was very slow.

lotus farms location is very good but Property is not maintained at all, in spite of overcharging, very understaffed property. We took BF and Lunch package, food was tasty but very limited items being served. Service need to improve lot, Swimming tank not at all maintained, in spite of booking Suit, Bathrobes , toiletries quality is not good. Every thing needs to ask then staff will provide service. Overall not a good experience nor going for repeated Stay.

Only property is nice , but issues are below 1. They are short staffed...only 1 receptionist, 24*7, 1 cook, 1 Housekeeping ...no one else 2. Windows were not sound proof, couldn't sleep due to loud noise going outside. We were went there for relaxing but couldn't relax since sleep was not complete 3. Shower water was hot and then it becomes cold again, had to try multiple times to get hot water

Staff behaviour and service is good. Spa discount 20% not given and welcome drink was not provided as per mention at the time of booking. and overall experience was good

The place was not that well maintained. Tv was not working when we checked in and had to request multiple times to get that working. Breakfast was okaish. The good thing was the place is just 5 mins from Mapro garden.

The property is great, except the shower in the room was not properly functional and the staff from the reception does not respond well. His attitude was not apt to be in a 3 star hotel rather it was like from some random lodge.

The stay at lotus was very good. The service was very good. I would suggest to have more options for breakfast.

Review Lotus farm Resort and Spa pure veg Mahabaleshwar 1) The swimming pool is not maintained properly There is a lot of dust and it's very unhygienic There is no such Shower place properly maintained and It's very messy. 2) In the restaurant There is no cold water available. And the waiter directly said we don't have a cold water bottle. 3) In the room there is no water glass, cable / tv dish network not recharged. 4) Proper information not provided for the spa.

We stayed for 2 nites at lotus. The stay was comfortable. Rooms are good well equipped and clean. Location is excellent

All good. Room, food, amenties and location. The room is spacious. If you are going from monday to thursday, then the population is very low
