bathroom and the bed cover can be kept little cleaner . i felt like the bed cover was used and washed not properly ,rest of the things are good 👍

There was no bathroom amenities and no air conditioner and to many amenities were not available.

familyVery bad exp the care taker was good to help, but the ppl at senior management with whom we need coordinate if we face any issues are not helpful at all, one guy (property manager) was following up with me multiple times before checkin aftet checkin i contacted him multiple times regarding the issue he didnt reply also when he picked up the call he was very rude he didnt address my issues at all. if you have such managers then i would not recommend to any of my peers, most worst part refrigerator is broken and not working nothing over here is up to the mark Amenity 0 wifi 0 hygene (BIG COCKROACHES RUNNING ON THE FLOOR OF washroom kitchenette)0 settle staff big thumbs down

very bad hospitality.. and basic amenities are not available including blankets I reached property at 12.30 pm but my checking time was 3.00pm. They wasted my two and half hour. This is the 1st complaint. After registration works they changed Room. That room was too bad. Bad smells, without clean, dus particles are on the sofa.. and blankets are not produced.. I slept without blankets.. I used bedsheet.. 🙄 And bathing.. not working shower and they not provide bucket and mug also.. Responsible person not available and not takes action after informing these complaints... I lost my mood.. I was very very bad experience in the property..

Poor support staff they failed to share the exact location initially and then have only 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms reserved

First of all, tat stay was not located in the given address. We had to call n get some other rooms in different place.. No water in the closet. Not able to flush… drinking water was not good to drink. Very much dissatisfied
