Absolutely the worst hotel experience! The service is pathetic—no one listens to anything you say. They keep changing your rooms constantly and don’t provide any basic services. Even if you try to reach the manager, their phone is always switched off. Customer service is terrible; they offer no help whatsoever but keep asking for money without actually doing anything. This place will only ruin your peace of mind. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

The rooms were nicee, but the service and the managing staff at the apartment was not too good. If you are going in winter you should take your own blanket they ll provite with very thing and don’t have any good service

room was good but no staff to help and those who were working there were speaking in other languages that we were not able to understand and for the name of private kitchen they gave us 1 plate and 1 fork most terrible thing over this stay was raat ko kambal ki jgha towel dediya and gaurd said mai bhi yehi lera hu aap bhi yeh lo (when i went to seek help, and i have to sleep with my jacket on seriously too terrible

Never ever book wander alcor

Worst possible experience. Never ever go to this property. They are here only to harass you. No sense of hospitality. I had booked 1 day in advance, got all payment and formalities done well in advance, also confirmed my expected time of check in. But i was not allowed to check-in because security guard and housekeeping were not aware of my booking. Called like 50 times to the property manager but he never picked up. I had to arrange my stay at different hotel at 11pm in the night.

Terrible experience staying at wandr. Alcor (settl. They shut down the power at 8:30 am and no one was available at the property to address the issue. The care takers were helpless and asked the customer to raise a complaint Not sure why they entertain guests when they do not have bandwidth to take care of their basic needs! do not recommend it to anybody!
