Le Meridien Jaipur Resort and Spa

We visited Le Meridien for our marriage anniversary, we were amazed and stunned by their hospitality. Duty manage Mr. Himank ,Juhi and Altamash was of great help, as soon I informed Himank of our anniversary he made sure to make our stay memorable. He upgraded our room as a gift on our anniversary.He had gone extra mile, he arranged personalised floral decorations for our anniversary, placed a very delicious chocolate cake, he surprised us by printing our photograph and framed it for us. We loved this gift very much. Food was delicious, Chef Rahul Sharma came to our table and recommended knew about our taste buds, and recommended us something unique we had Soulhom salad,Spaggheti ,Chf Special platter,Paneer lababdar, Lahsooni saag with bajre ki roti in desserts -Beetroot halwa and 70 % dark chocolate mousse with nagpuri orange. Thanks to Le Meridien and Special shout out to Himank the duty manager. Will visit again only because of hospitality by the team.

Staff was very friendly and cooperative Rajesh the valet guy was amazing he found the problem in my car and guided me to the repair guy who was also technically very sound and resolved it and was very genuine Sayani at the restaurant was very friendly and always smiling she was very sweet and perfect in her duties Eva was one of the best spa girl and did the marvellous job Jaspal the chef was very nice and was visiting every table to get the feedback of the food and was very polite to all the guests Lokesh was taking care of all the guests in the restaurant in order to provide them good service

Property was vast and services were excellent. There is only one thing that I found not satisfying. Even after mentioning on MMT booking that it was my birthday, I did not receive any complimentary cake. The Le Meridien Jaipur Resort and Spa staff told us that we should have informed them at check-in time. However, I feel that this was a small thing that the Le Meridien Jaipur Resort and Spa should have arrange even on a short note.

This is my second time in this Le Meridien Jaipur Resort and Spa and same as before my experience was so good..their hospitality, food department nd food too was excellent. Clean nd beautiful property also their traditional singers nd veena player guy were awesome..

It is best experience to visit le meridien jaipur resort and spa. Specially thanks to Ritika , Prena and Reception Team. Fod is too good. Specially Apple Pie. Its authentic and tasty, Food presentation is too good.
